DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!!!! I took 2 vehicles there for oil changes. The technician that changed the oil on the second vehicle DID NOT TIGHTEN the oil drain plug. I did not know this until I was driving down the freeway and the oil light came on and a knocking started immediately after causing me to pull over. I Looked under the car to find there was NO OIL DRAIN PLUG!!!I called the shop immediately and told them what had happened. The assistant manager, who was there the day i took it in, came to me on the side of the freeway with a new plug and oil. After putting it in I started the car and the knocking was still there. The rod bearing was destroyed due to NO OIL in the car. They towed it to their shop so that the GM (Russ) could look at it.Three hours had passed and I had not received a call so I called them. Russ answered and said he was looking at it and to come down and talk to him about it. I arrived a few minutes later walked in and Russ said that it was NOT THEIR FAULT and they were going to do NOTHING about it.Not only is my car destroyed at this point but they are forcing me to sue them. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a shop and would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I am going to contact the owner and update this.
